Refund Policy

WANDERWITHAI operates on a prepaid credit system. Because AI processing resources are consumed at the point of generation, our refund policy is specific. Please read it carefully before purchasing credits.

How Credits Work

Credits are the currency of WANDERWITHAI. When you recharge your account, credits are added to your balance. Each itinerary generation deducts the corresponding credit amount (₹599 per itinerary). Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. There is no subscription or recurring charge.

Refund Eligibility

We consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. The scenarios below outline what is typically eligible:

✓ ELIGIBLE
  • Duplicate payment charged for a single transaction
  • Credits not added after a confirmed payment
  • Technical error caused generation to fail and credits were deducted
  • Unauthorised transaction on your account (reported within 7 days)
✗ NOT ELIGIBLE
  • Successfully generated itinerary you chose not to use
  • Dissatisfaction with the quality of AI output
  • Unused credits (credits do not expire)
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Requests made more than 7 days after the transaction

Failed Generation & Credit Recovery

If an itinerary generation fails due to a technical error on our end (server error, AI processing failure, unsupported video), we will automatically restore the deducted credits to your account within 24 hours.

If the credits are not restored automatically, please contact us with your account email and the approximate time of the failed generation, and we will resolve it promptly.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, follow these steps:

Email us

Send your request to support@wanderwithai.com with the subject line "Refund Request".

Include details

Provide your registered email address, the transaction amount, the Razorpay payment ID (from your receipt), and a description of the issue.

Await review

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete our review within 5–7 business days.

Receive your refund

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter through Razorpay's dispute resolution process or your bank's chargeback procedure. We will cooperate fully with any legitimate dispute investigation.

We strongly encourage reaching out to us first we are committed to resolving issues fairly and efficiently.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
